He has 20+ years of research and academic experience in repute institutions such as Lovely Professional University (LPU) Punjab, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore, and Guru Nanak Institute of Technology (GNIT) Hyderabad. He is a Life Fellow Member of the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and the International Association of Engineers(IAENG). His research contributions have been in the area of designing efficient PUF-based circuits to using CMOS for generating the secure key.

Demand for hand sanitizers has surged since the corona virus broke out and spread around the world. Hand sanitizers are usually applied by squirting the sanitizer liquid when one presses a pump with one’s hand. This causes many people to come into contact with the pump handle, which increases the risk of viral transmission. Some hand sanitizers on the market are automatically pumped. However, because sanitizer containers and pump devices are designed to be compatible only between products produced by the same manufacturer, consumers must also repurchase the container for the liquid if they replace the hand sanitizer. Therefore, this paper suggests the design of an automatic hand sanitizer system compatible with various sanitizer containers. COVID-19 is the greatest threat we are facing now. Using masks, gloves, sanitizing our hands, getting checked for Temperature, Pulse rate and Oxygen level has become our new normal. However, in the public places people are still at risk when they use conventional sanitizer dispensers and allotting a person with temperature gun, who himself is at the risk of getting affected by COVID. Our Sensor based Automated System will be a better solution for the current scenario and it is risk free.

Multiple Destination Robot (MDR-1) has the ability to supervise temperature, humidity and gases. In many cases, it is impossible for fire-fighters to access the fire site because of explosive materials, smoke, and high temperature. A quick detection of fire can avoid huge losses. Fire can take place at domestic as well as at industrial level. But it can be avoided using proper fire controlling methods. For such environments, fire-fighting robot is proposed. In today's generation a lot of robots are proposed and designed to remove the human factor from dangerous and deadly work. The use of robots is becoming very common that safely complete the labour, intensive or deadly work for human beings. A Fire Fighter Robot is based on IOT Technology. In Fire Fighting robot, we intend to build a system that could sense a small flame by gas sensor (MQ-2) and send a message for Pre alert to prevent the area from fire. In this project, we are using the DHT11 sensor for sending Temperature and Humidity data to Web Page using ESP8266. By this method, we can monitor our DHT11 sensor's temperature and humidity data over the internet using the Web Page. And we can view the logged data overtime on the webpage. Here, ESP8266 reads the current temperature and humidity data from DHT11 and sends it to the webpage for live monitoring.

Autonomous bots are intelligent machines capable of performing tasks in the world by themselves, without explicit human control it acts without recourse to human control. A truly autonomous bots one that can perceive its environment, make decisions based on what it perceive or has been programmed to recognize conditions. The position of the system is defined with GPS longitude and latitude values and its angle from North Pole. This information is shared from server to client by using WebSocket technology and information will be displayed on client device. A WebSocket is a persistent connection between client and a server that allows bidirectional communication. This means we can send data from the client to the server and from the server to the client at any given time. The client sends GPS information for destination for two ways. This project shows a possible automated solution for the open space where human repeatedly move from one place to another.

Dual axis solar tracker can simultaneously track sun’s radiation in both horizontal and vertical axis. They use the same principle as the mountings of astronomical telescopes. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, the device tracks seasonal variations and daily tilt. The work focuses on the design and fabrication of automatic dual axis solar tracker prototype using Arduino code based on microcontroller along with fundamental of solar panel parameter and its use. The device is able to simulate the sun’s tracking of 12 months within few minutes thus, implementing automation mechanism in tracking system. The goal of this thesis was to develop a laboratory prototype of a solar tracking system, which is able to enhance the performance of the photovoltaic modules in a solar energy system. The operation principle of the device is to keep the photovoltaic modules constantly aligned with the sunbeams, which maximises the exposure of solar panel to the sun’s radiation. As a result, more output power can be produced by the solar panel. The work of the project included hardware design and implementation, together with software programming for the microcontroller unit of the solar tracker. The system utilised an ATmega328P microcontroller to control motion of two servo motors, which rotate solar panel in two axes. The amount of rotation was determined by the microcontroller, based on inputs retrieved from four photo sensors located next to solar panel. At the end of the project, a functional solar tracking system was designed and implemented. It was able to keep the solar panel aligned with the sun, or any light source repetitively. Design of the solar tracker from this project is also a reference and a starting point for the development of more advanced systems in the future.

Smart switch control is a fully automated controlling switch board with some with some outstanding features like Energy metering, fan-speed controlling. Automated, and voice controlled switching. This project presents the overall design of the Automation System (LAN) with low cost and wireless system. It specifically focuses on the development of an 101 lased home automation system that is able to control various components via internet or be automatically programmed to operate from ambient conditions. In this project, we design the development of a firmware for smart control which can successfully be summated minimizing human interaction to preserve the integrity within white electrical devices in the home. We used Node MCU, a popular open source IOT platform to execute the process of automation. Different components of the system will use different transmission mode that will be implemented to communicate the control of the devices by the user through Node MCU and MCU system to the actual appliance. The main control system implements wireless technology to provide remote access from smart phone. We are using a cloud server based communication Le Alexa that would add to the practicality of the project by enabling unrestricted access of the appliances to the user irrespective of the distance factor. We provided a data transmission network to create a stronger automation. The system Intended to control electrical appliances and devices in house with relatively low cost design, user-friendly interface and ease of installation. The status of the appliance would be available, along with the control on an android platform. This system is designed to assist and provide support in order to fit the needs of elderly and disabled in home. Also, the smart home concept in the system improves the standard living at home.

A surveillance robot is a type of robot designed for monitoring and observing environments that may be difficult or dangerous for humans to access. These robots are typically equipped with sensors and cameras to capture video and audio data, and they can be remotely controlled or programmed to operate autonomously.The ESP32 Camera module is an ideal platform for developing surveillance robots due to its built-in Wi-Fi and camera capabilities. It combines a microcontroller with a Wi-Fi radio and a camera sensor, allowing developers to build wireless camera applications easily.To build a surveillance robot using an ESP32 Camera module, developers need to connect the module to a motor driver to control the robot's movement. The motor driver is connected to DC motors that drive the wheels or tracks of the robot.Once the hardware is connected, developers can program the ESP32 Camera module to control the motors and read the video stream from the camera sensor. They can use the Arduino IDE and ESP32 board support to write the code and upload it to the module. In this visitor counter system, we can easily track the number of people inside the room and their temperature as well as their oxygen level. IR sensor is used to count the number of people and thermistor is used for detection of temperature. This system is very useful in places where large crowds are to be maintained. In this system, there are two IR sensors IR1 and IR2. When someone goes from IR1 to IR2, system detects the person and count is increased by 1. When someone does the opposite, the person count is decreased by 1. It has an embedded oximeter which checks the SP02 level. Temperature level is also measured during the count.
